City Council Notice of Public Hearings – Dec 20, 2022: NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Council will hold a public hearing  in conjunction with the regularly scheduled city council meeting on December 20, 2022  at 6:35 p.m. at the Fillmore City council chambers located at 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, Utah.  The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding amending the setback  standards for property along SR-99, including amendments to Fillmore City Municipal Code 10-8A-3, Minimum Lot, and Development Standards in the Commercial Zone. NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Council will hold a public hearing  in conjunction with the regularly scheduled city council meeting on December 20, 2022  at 6:40 p.m. at the Fillmore City council chambers located at 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, Utah.  The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding approval of a preliminary plat for the Peterson Subdivision located at approximately 300 North 200 East.   Applicant: Brad Marshall Individuals needing special accommodations must notify the city office at 743-5233 at least three business days prior to the meeting.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore Planning Commission will hold a public hearing  in conjunction with the regularly scheduled city Planning Commission meeting on December 14, 2022  at 7:05 p.m. at the Fillmore City council chambers located at 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, Utah.  The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding a review of a preliminary plat of the Reserve development area located at Paradise Meadows (Section 17, Township 21 South, Range 4 West in Fillmore City)  Applicant: Mike Peterson
