Fillmore City Request for Proposal, Cold Mix Asphalt Acquisition: Fillmore City Request for Proposal     PROJECT NAME: Cold Mix Asphalt Acquisition     PROJECT LOCATION: Fillmore, UT    OWNER: Fillmore City      75 West Center       Fillmore, Utah 84631    OWNER’S CONTACT: Matt Haupt    Fillmore City is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to either mix on site or deliver 650 tons of cold mix asphalt.   PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL:  Proposals will be received by FILLMORE CITY until 12:00 p.m. (noon), July 30, 2025 addressed to FILLMORE CITY at 75 West Center, Fillmore, UT 84631.     PROJECT DESCRIPTION:   If it is to be mixed on site, it is to be done at the address where it is to be delivered. (200 North 400 West, Fillmore, Utah)  Fillmore City has an abandoned road that is approximately 600 feet where a windrow of coal patch asphalt is to be stored for current and future use of patching and small road repairs. If it is to be delivered, it should be delivered to the address provided above.  Fillmore City will grate it into a windrow on that road.       PROJECT ADMINISTRATION:  Bidders should direct questions regarding the proposed project to the Owner’s Contact, noted above.     OWNER’S RIGHTS RESERVED:   The Owner hereby reserves the right to reject any or all proposals presented, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make award or refuse in the interest of the Owner.     PROJECT CONTRACT TIME:   All proposed work contained in the contract documents shall be completed no later than August 13, 2025.
