Fillmore City may grant the petition and annex the area described in the petition unless by April 15, 2025, a written protest to the annexation is filed with the Boundary Commission, c/o the Millard County Clerk at 765 South Highway 99, Fillmore, UT 84631, and a copy received by the Fillmore City Recorder. 62025 ANNUAL MEETINGS NOTICE

FILLMORE CITY COUNCIL – first and third Tuesdays of each month at 6:30 p.m. except on legal holidays in which case the meeting will be held the following Thursday. Special meetings and public hearings are held as deemed necessary by the city council.

Notice of the time and place of the meetings is posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, (www.utah.gov) the Fillmore City Website (www.fillmorecity.org), and at the City Office. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations must notify the city office (435-743-5233) at least three working days prior to the meeting.
