PUBLIC NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ANNEXATION PETITION
A petition for annexation has been filed in the office of the Fillmore City Recorder for the
purpose of requesting annexation to Fillmore City of land belonging to (1) Moulding LLC and
(2) Jonathon R. Pratt, located at approximately 300 East 500 North, Fillmore, Utah, and more
particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 21 SOUTH,
RANGE 4 WEST, SALT LAKE BASE AND MERIDIAN; THENCE ALONG THE EAST
LINE OF FILLMORE CITY AND WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 16, N00º 44’17”E
2684.38 FEET, MORE OR LESS TO THE WEST QUARTER CORNER OF SAID SECTION
16; THENCE S89º33’28”E ALONG THE QUARTER SECTION LINE 1000.00 FEET;
THENCE S00º44’19”W 2503.30 FEET, THENCE S88º37’50”E 99.18 FEET; THENCE
S00º44’12”W 175.45 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 16;
THENCE ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 16, N89º46’03”W 1099.19 FEET,
MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 61.98 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.

Affecting parcels: 6965-1, and portions of 6965-2 and 6965-2-1.
Notice of certification was received by the Fillmore City Council on March 14, 2025. The
complete annexation petition is available for inspection and copying at the office of the Fillmore
City Recorder located at 75 West Center, Fillmore, UT 84631.
Fillmore City may grant the petition and annex the area described in the petition unless by April
14, 2025, a written protest to the annexation is filed with the Boundary Commission, c/o the
Millard County Clerk at 765 South Highway 99, Fillmore, UT 84631, and a copy received by the
Fillmore City Recorder.
A Public Hearing will be held on April 15, 2025 during Fillmore City Council Meeting.
