Notice of Public Hearing to Consider Annexation Petition (Robison Annexation): PUBLIC NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ANNEXATION PETITION   A petition for annexation has been filed in the office of the Fillmore City Recorder for the purpose of requesting annexation to Fillmore City of land belonging to (1) Trustee(s) of the Reed and Gail Robison Family Trust and (2) Trustee(s) of the Ancil Alison Robison Family Trust, located at approximately 900 South and 1100 West, Fillmore, Utah, and more particularly described as follows:    BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1, SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 21 SOUTH, RANGE 5 WEST, SALT LAKE BASE & MERIDIAN; AND RUNNING THENCE ALONG THE EXISTING FILLMORE CITY BOUNDARY THE FOLLOWING (2) CALLS: (1) S00°38’35”W 890.97 FEET, (2) N89°44’17”W 432.77 FEET; THENCE N00°49’29”E 893.49 FEET TO THE SECTION LINE AND THE EXISTING FILLMORE CITY BOUNDARY; THENCE ALONG SAID SECTION LINE AND FILLMORE CITY BOUNDARY S89°24’20”E 429.93 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING 8.84 ACRES OF LAND.   Affecting parcels: 7415-3 and 7415-2   Notice of certification was received by the Fillmore City Council on January 7, 2025. The complete annexation petition is available for inspection and copying at the office of the Fillmore City Recorder located at 75 West Center, Fillmore, UT 84631.    Fillmore City may grant the petition and annex the area described in the petition unless by February 13, 2025, a written protest to the annexation is filed with the Boundary Commission, c/o the Millard County Clerk at 765 South Highway 99, Fillmore, UT 84631, and a copy received by the Fillmore City Recorder.    DATED this 15th day of January 2025 by Kevin Orton, Fillmore City Recorder.
