Notice of Request for Bids for Fillmore City Custodial Work: NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR FILLMORE CITY CUSTODIAL WORK   Fillmore City is currently accepting sealed bids for the custodial work at all Fillmore City parks restrooms (North Park Upper restrooms, Statehouse Park restrooms, Wildlife Park restrooms, and Fillmore City Cemetery restrooms).    Territorial Statehouse Restrooms and Wildlife Park Restrooms ( 2 locations) are closed from November to March so contractor is not compensated for those restrooms during that time.  Interested bidder should state a monthly amount for each location.  (4 locations total) There will be one contract awarded for all locations collectively.   Fillmore City supplies all cleaning materials and work must be performed at such times as to not interfere with the operations of the city or library.  The restrooms in the parks require opening and closing daily to accommodate park reservations and daily use. Contractors will be required to carry liability insurance. All bids, which should include qualifications, must be submitted no later than Thursday, April 28, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.  A detailed description of the job responsibilities may be obtained from the City Recorder.
